The repo is public

This repo was private while I wrote it. As of this week it isn't.

Everything described in the method docs applies to the repo you are reading: the ADRs record the founding decisions, the gates run on every commit, and the devlog you are reading is the feed. If you came here from the announce post, the fastest path is prompt.txt (the one-paste on-ramp) and then THE-METHOD.md when you want the why.

If you try this on a real project and something doesn't hold up, open an issue. The method got better every time something broke.
